About Us
The Jammery is our preserve making business based in the Assynt crofting community of Culkein Stoer, in the North West Highlands of Scotland. Shortly after we re-located to Culkein in 2010, we began making preserves from our croft house, initially to sell from our roadside honesty box and at the Made In Assynt craft & produce markets in nearby Lochinver.
Our range includes various jams, marmalades, chutneys, relish, sauces, flavoured salts & oils.
Also we make a variety of unique handmade crafts, art & gifts, which you’ll find in our shop alongside the jams. These are all created by us in Culkein, and often reflect the beautiful landscape of Assynt.
Freshly made coffee, tea and home baked cakes and snacks are always available to visitors and we have indoor & outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular coastal views…
We also offer takeaway pizza on selected evenings during the main summer season, and pop-ups at other times.
